Tom Prothero

Tom Prothero brings extensive banking and operational expertise to their current role as a Member of the Board of Directors at Marquette National Corporation, where responsibilities include serving on the Audit Committee and acting as Chairman of the Enterprise Risk Committee. Prothero co-founded and directed operations at Integro Bank during a short consulting engagement and previously held multiple senior leadership positions at MB Financial Bank, including SVP, Director of Operations, and SVP Commercial Banking COO, overseeing critical operational and credit functions. Early career experience includes roles at Bank of Lyons as VP of Lending and as a credit analyst. Prothero holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University, an MBA in Management from Dominican University, and has attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
