Aaron Richter

Aaron Richter is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in luxury architecture and design. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Creative Director at Marriott International since December 2023, Aaron previously held multiple leadership roles at Equinox from December 2008 to December 2023, including Senior Vice President of Design for Equinox Brands. Earlier in the career, Aaron was the Executive Vice President of Architecture & Design at Ian Schrager Company and served as Senior Design Director for W Hotels at Starwood Hotels and Resorts from 2002 to 2007. Professional experience also includes senior design positions at Pompei A.D. and Nike, focusing on environmental design. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
