Joanne Jackson

Joanne Jackson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Marriott International, Joanne manages ServiceNow Configuration Management Data for hotel properties in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, during a tenure at CSC, Joanne held the position of Senior Software Engineer, focusing on IT operations and infrastructure software engineering. Joanne also spent 28 years at Verizon in multiple roles, including Asset Management Specialist and Data Analyst, where responsibilities included data extraction and system maintenance for a vast server footprint. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Assistant Librarian at the Gloucester County Library System, promoting STEM activities. Joanne holds multiple advanced degrees, including two Master’s degrees from Drexel University and an MBA from La Salle University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Temple University.
