Christopher Seth

Christopher Seth, LEED A.P., currently serves as the Area Vice President of Architecture and Construction for the Western Division at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since August 2024. Prior to this role, Christopher held significant positions including Head of Development at Cabo Del Sol, and Vice President at Montage International. Christopher also contributed to Viceroy Hotel Group as both AVP Design & Construction and Director, in addition to serving as Development Manager at The Beck Group, where Christopher directed commercial real estate development teams. Early career experiences include roles as Project Manager at Viceroy Hotel Group, Development Consultant at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and Project Manager at Toll Brothers, focusing on luxury hospitality and residential projects. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Development and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas A&M University.
