Eliza Gibbons-West

Eliza Gibbons-West has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a UK Site Expert and Flexible Sourcing Project Manager at Mars since September 2023. Previously, Eliza worked as a Data Researcher at Tussell from August 2022 to August 2023, and held the position of Advocacy Intern at GENKI GLOBAL LIMITED for a brief period in April to May 2022. From May 2021 to May 2022, Eliza was the Alumni and Community Coordinator for the Edinburgh International Justice Initiative, and prior to that, worked as a Receptionist and General Assistant at 4 New Square Chambers from April to August 2019. Eliza holds a degree in Economics and Politics, with a focus on Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from The University of Edinburgh, where studies were completed in May 2022, and attended Downe House School from September 2011 to August 2018.
