Lucy Harley FCIPD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and communications. Currently serving as the Global Change Lead at Mars since November 2023, Lucy has been a Director at Fuse Consulting Limited since June 2001, providing independent management consulting services to a diverse range of public and private sector clients.
