Mark Kim

Mark Kim is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a P&O Business Partner at Mars. Previously, Mark held several significant roles including Sr. HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Business Partner Manager at Procore Technologies and Twilio, respectively. At Lockheed Martin, Mark contributed as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on supply chain, digital transformation, and engineering, as well as serving as an Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Consultant. Mark's foundational experience includes working as an Employee Assistance Program Manager for the United States Air Force. Mark holds advanced education from Case Western Reserve University and is also certified through the Federal Internal Coach Training Program.
