George Hawes-Gatt

George Hawes-Gatt currently serves as Vice President of Energy & Power at Marsh since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Class Underwriter for Energy at Chaucer Group, where George was a 2022 LMA Syndicate Business Plan Programme Winner and Runner-Up for Young Energy Underwriter of the Year, and Chair of the Chaucer Sports & Social Committee. George's career also includes positions at Barbican Insurance Group as an Underwriting Assistant and at Lancashire Insurance Group as a Compliance Assistant. George holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws from the University of East Anglia and is currently pursuing the ACII designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute. George completed the International Baccalaureate at Dartford Grammar School.
