Simona Berbec

Simona Berbec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project coordination across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Global Program Manager at Dometic since October 2020, responsibilities include driving product development from ideation to market launch, collaborating with design and development teams, and leading the Go-To-Market process. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at TEFAL - OBH Nordica Group AB, where a Nordic cookware strategy was defined and executed, and Head of Product Sourcing at OBH Nordica Group, focusing on developing the Nordic Sourcing Team and managing product launches. Earlier experience includes positions as Global Project Manager at BillerudKorsnäs, and project coordination roles at Electrolux. Simona holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from 'Alexandru I. Cuza' University.
