Jim Clarkson is a seasoned executive coach and organizational development consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and training. Currently, Jim serves as a Certified Coach at Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith, focusing on measurable leadership enhancements based on Marshall Goldsmith's principles. With a background as an Executive Coach and Senior Organization Development Consultant at AAIM Employers’ Association, and as Managing Principal at Clear Focus Solutions, LLC, Jim has fostered individual and organizational growth across various sectors. Previous roles include Senior Organizational Consultant at Right Management, instructor at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and leadership coaching at the Boeing Leadership Center. Jim holds a M.A. in Human Resources Development and a B.A. in Community Counseling, complemented by professional coach training.
