Jessica Burns, PRC, CDR, is an experienced talent management consultant currently working at MarshBerry since April 2022. With a decade of expertise in leading and developing teams, Jessica specializes in understanding organizational needs and promoting growth through a holistic talent management approach. Previously, Jessica served as a lead recruiter at Peoplemark from September 2021 to March 2022, where a proven ability to establish strong client-candidate connections was demonstrated, alongside proficient use of Bullhorn CRM for managing client and candidate pipelines. Prior to that, Jessica was the director at AppleTree & Gilden Woods Early Care and Preschool from February 2013 to September 2021, successfully maintaining 100% operational capacity with a substantial waitlist. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Davenport University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Grand Rapids Community College.
