Carolina Klint

Carolina Klint currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Europe at Marsh McLennan since May 2023 and is a Board Member at Anticimex Group since December 2020. With extensive experience in risk management and leadership roles, Carolina has held positions at Marsh as Managing Director and CEO of the North West Region since August 2017, and previously at AIG as President of both the U.S. South Zone and Southeast Zone from November 2012 to July 2017. Carolina's career in the insurance industry began with roles at Zurich Insurance and SalusAnsvar, culminating in a strong background in managing key accounts and claims. Educational credentials include certifications from The Leadership Company and Styrelseinstitutet, alongside studies at Uppsala University and Schiller International University.
