Emily Harte

Emily Harte is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Oliver Wyman under Marsh McLennan since 2021. In addition to this role, Emily is a Board Member and holds key positions on the Executive Committee at the Center for Conflict Resolution, including Board Treasurer, Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee, and involvement in the DEI and Strategy Committees. Prior to these current roles, Emily was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group from 2016 to 2021, and held Director positions at AlixPartners (2014-2016) and Corporate Restructuring (2008-2013). Emily began a consulting career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2003 to 2007. Emily holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
