Javier Marrero

Javier Marrero has extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as COO and CFO at Marsh since August 2013. In this role, Javier has successfully balanced necessary actions with desirable outcomes and feasible realizations. Noteworthy achievements include leading a centralization project that enhanced operational capacity, standardized processes, and improved customer satisfaction. Prior to Marsh, Javier worked as Project Manager at Innovus from April 2011 to October 2012, overseeing the company's project portfolio and notably redesigning the technology platform for EnPartes 5G. Javier's career began in the financial sector as Planning Coordinator at Seguros Nuevo Mundo, where responsibilities included developing income and expense budgets and creating methodologies for company-wide solutions. Javier holds a Licenciatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, earned between July 1995 and March 2001.
