Suruchi Anand

Suruchi Anand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application support and global operations within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Global Leader for Application Support at Marsh McLennan since July 2020, Suruchi manages production and project application support teams for SaaS solutions, ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders and overseeing a 24/7 support model. Prior to this role, Suruchi held various positions at Mercer, including Head of Global Operations and Sr. IT Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading customer-facing Tier 2 support teams and managing a team of developers in health and benefits applications. Suruchi began the career as a Senior Developer and Professor at DeVry University, and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
