Carlos da Rocha

Carlos da Rocha has over 20 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, currently serving as an Associate at Project Centre Ltd since October 2013, focusing on traffic and transportation projects. Previously, Carlos held the position of Project Manager at FM Conway Ltd from November 2010 to September 2013, where responsibilities included providing civil and traffic engineering services. Earlier roles include Senior Engineer at Camden Council and Camden Consultancy Service, where project management of various transport schemes was conducted from feasibility to implementation. Carlos began a career as an Engineer at Ealing Council, managing critical projects such as Controlled Parking Zones and directional signage. Carlos earned an N.Dip. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg between 1994 and 1997.
