Nithya Jayaraman

Nithya J. is an accomplished business leader and founder of Bluestream Advisors LLC, providing advisory services to C-Suite leaders and founders on strategy, growth, and leadership development since 2022. Prior to this, Nithya served as Senior Vice President and Head of Planning, Strategy & Internal Consulting at New York Life Insurance Company from 2014 to 2022, where strategic insights and change management were central to the role. Nithya's expertise in strategy was further demonstrated as the Head of Cards Strategy at Citi from 2012 to 2014 and as a Principal at Bain from 1996 to 2010, specializing in financial services and customer strategy. Additionally, Nithya was the Founder and Country Director for TechnoServe, Inc. in India, promoting entrepreneurship in developing regions. Nithya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
