James Swiger

James Swiger possesses extensive experience in product management, marketing, and sales within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management and R&D Engineering at Martin Sprocket & Gear since January 2021, James has previously held pivotal roles at Baldor Electric Company, including General Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager, from February 2007 to January 2021. Earlier in the career, James was a Field Sales Engineer at Rockwell Automation. James earned an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
