Rebecca Doane

Rebecca Doane PhD currently serves as Lead Faculty in Early Childhood Education at Martin University since September 2022. With a diverse background in management and education, Rebecca has held various leadership roles, including General Manager/Trainer at Books A Million and Joe Muggs Coffee Shop, and General Manager at Family Christian Stores. Rebecca's experience also includes a significant tenure as a Therapist/Teacher, where innovative teaching strategies were implemented to enhance student learning, and extensive management experience from serving as District Manager at Borders. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Northcentral University, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and Deaf Cultural Studies from North Central University.
