Operations and Program Management

The Operations and Program Management team at MartinFederal is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of IT and advanced system projects. This includes managing flight operations, coordinating ISS operations, and ensuring that all technical and laboratory services align with customer missions. The team consists of roles such as ISS Operations Controllers, Program Managers, and Flight Operations Engineers, each contributing to the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical solutions.
