Rui Silva

Chefe Cozinha at Martinhal Luxury Resorts

Rui Silva has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef at Martinhal Family Hotels & Resorts since March 2012, with responsibilities including scheduling and training new chefs. Prior to this role, Rui worked as a 2nd Cook at VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa from 2004 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree in kitchen techniques and pastry production from both Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra and Escola Hotelaria e Turismo Portimão, completed between 2001 and 2004.
