Ken Chang

Ken Chang is a seasoned executive in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Marvell Technology since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Corporate Vice President at Cadence Design Systems from January 2021 to June 2023 and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Ayar Labs from December 2019 to January 2021. Ken's extensive experience at Xilinx spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Vice President and Senior Director of SERDES Technology, overseeing the worldwide transceiver team. Earlier in the career, Ken worked at Rambus Inc. from 1999 to 2010, progressing from Senior Engineering Manager to Technical Director. Educational background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
