Prashant Ghadge

Prashant Ghadge is a Senior Principal Engineer at Marvell Technology, specializing in Power Management Integrated Circuit (IC) Design since May 2022. Prior to this role, Prashant served as a Senior Manager in Design Engineering at Maxim Integrated from October 2013 to May 2022, overseeing the Battery Management Systems IC Design team and developing ICs for automotive and consumer applications. Earlier experience includes a Senior Design Engineer position at Wolfson Microelectronics (now Cirrus Logic) focusing on MEMS microphone IC design, and multiple roles at Maxim Integrated from 2006 to 2012, where Prashant designed precision analog and mixed-signal microcontrollers. Prashant holds an M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
