Vanessa Galloway

Vanessa Galloway currently serves as the Director of Workforce at the Maryland Center for Construction Education and Innovation (MCCEI), a position held since December 2024. In addition, Vanessa has been a Youth Engagement Specialist at CASA of Baltimore County since September 2019. Previously, Vanessa worked at Civic Works from January 2019 to December 2024, occupying roles as both Business Services Manager and Placement Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as a Job Developer at JARC Baltimore from January 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included providing post-placement tracking and support to trainees and graduates, monitoring job retention and career advancement, and offering financial counseling aimed at promoting long-term financial health.
