Jay Steinmetz

Jay Steinmetz is a prominent business leader and entrepreneur, serving as the Co-Founder of POWER UP™ since May 2017, which focuses on providing essential power solutions. Steinmetz holds influential roles on several boards, including the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Maryland Business for Responsive Government, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, and previously with the Baltimore Efficiency & Economy Foundation. As the founder and current board member of Barcoding Inc., and former CEO of CaptureTech, Steinmetz has extensive experience in supply chain and mobility systems. Additionally, Steinmetz contributed to regulatory and educational initiatives through service on the Regulatory Reform Commission for the State of Maryland, and as a board member at the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business. Steinmetz's educational background includes a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
