Tolly Colby

Tolly Colby currently serves as the Manager of Partner Grantmaking at the Maryland Food Bank since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tolly held positions at the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights as a Senior Program Associate and Program Associate from July 2023 to December 2024, and worked as a Paralegal at Independence Pet Group from September 2022 to July 2023. Tolly's academic background includes a Master's degree in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law and Graduate School, completed in June 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The College of Wooster, obtained in May 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Litigation Paralegal and Litigation Legal Assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, as well as roles as an Investigative Intern at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland, an Intern at the Scottish Parliament, and a Lead Counselor at YMCA of the USA.
