Neftali Aguilera

Neftali Aguilera is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer III at Mason Controls since October 2024. Previously, Neftali held roles including Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and Process Engineer at FRALOCK, and Industrial Engineer at Veoneer. Experience also includes engineering positions at Hanmar Corporation and Glenair, focusing on tooling, fixture design, and product development. Neftali demonstrated leadership as President of the SHPE-GSFV Professional Chapter, advocating for STEM opportunities within the Hispanic community. Neftali possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in progress from California State University, Northridge, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
