Lawrence Carter

Lawrence Carter possesses extensive experience in strategic project advisory and leadership roles, currently serving as a Strategic Project Advisor at Mass Virtual since November 2020, after a notable career with the United States Air Force from January 2005 to October 2020, where roles included Deputy Director of Aircraft Maintenance Division and Deputy Director of Logistics Readiness. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Management Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force. Additionally, Lawrence has earned an Occupational Instructor Certificate from the CCAF and completed executive leadership training at the Defense Acquisition University.
