Adam Faja

Adam Faja is a seasoned UX/Product Designer currently serving as a Senior UX/Product Designer in the Technology Innovation Department at MBTA since September 2023. With a rich background that includes roles such as Principal UX Designer at Blink UX and previous Senior UX/Product Designer positions at MBTA and ezCater, Adam has consistently led user-centered design projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences across various digital platforms. Adam's extensive experience also encompasses positions in senior design roles at Raizlabs and Eye Level, as well as art direction at Vestcom, where skills in visual design, branding, and marketing were honed. Adam holds a BFA in Graphic Design/Photography from the University of Michigan and a Certificate in User Centered Design from the University of Washington.
