Assistant Professor: Business Plan Sustainability at Massachusetts College of Art and Design

Andrew Moore is an accomplished academic and design strategist with extensive experience in sustainability and design thinking. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Business Plan Sustainability at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design since September 2022, Andrew also holds a role as Adjunct Faculty at the Maryland Institute College of Art, teaching courses in Sustainability & Social Responsiveness and Interactive Data Storytelling. Andrew's professional background includes positions as a Senior Design Strategist and Illustrator at Throughline, Inc., where user experience design and complex systems visualization were key focus areas. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Fannie Mae as a Design Strategist and Lead Instructor, developing curricula for human-centered design, and roles in instruction and collaboration with educational institutions and design firms, such as the Savannah College of Art and Design and Lowe's. Andrew holds a Master of Fine Arts in Design for Sustainability from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
