Shela Levante

Shela Levante, MPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts since January 2022, overseeing the planning and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising program. With extensive experience in development roles across various organizations, Shela previously held positions such as Campaign Director and Major Gifts Officer at MCLA, Director of Development at Berkshire Community College, and Community Engagement Officer at Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation. Additional expertise includes leading an eight-week program on gender equity through Amplify Gender Equity & Leadership Initiative and working in various capacities at organizations such as Make-A-Wish America and Habitat for Humanity. Shela holds a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Arizona State University, and an Associate degree from Mesa Community College.
