Arun Nayar

Arun Nayar is an experienced financial leader currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee for Mastech Digital and GFL Environmental Inc., along with being a founding member of the Americas Advisory Council at ServiceNow. With a strong background in finance, Arun has held significant roles such as Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and BC Partners, and has previously served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Tyco International. Arun's expertise includes managing financial risks and overseeing global finance functions. Education includes a FCA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW and a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
