Keith Brockman

Keith Brockman currently serves as Vice President of Tax at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., the largest residential cabinet manufacturer in North America, since September 2022. Previously, Keith held the role of VP Global Tax at Welbilt Inc. from 2016 until its acquisition in July 2022, where Keith effectively navigated a pre-Spin-Off foreign tax audit. Keith also has extensive experience in senior tax roles at Mars Chocolate UK, Sykes Enterprises, Inc., Key Safety Systems, Jarden Corporation, National Beverage Corp, Milton Roy Company, Lykes Bros. Inc, and began their career in public accounting. Keith holds a Masters of Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University.
