Atsuko Toda

Atsuko Toda currently serves as the Senior Director of Entrepreneurship Development for Pan-African Programs at Mastercard Foundation, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Atsuko was the Director for Agricultural Finance and Rural Infrastructure Development at the African Development Bank Group from December 2016 to April 2023, and prior to that, served as Country Manager at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) from October 2004 to November 2016. Atsuko holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from International Christian University, a Diploma of Education in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Doshisha University.
