Kacper Olczyk

Kacper Olczyk is a seasoned consultant currently serving in the Strategy & Transformation Team at Mastercard since November 2024. Previously, Kacper was with The Heart from February 2020 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing venture building projects, stakeholder collaborations, and facilitating workshops for corporate partners and startups. Kacper held various roles there, progressing from Consultant to Associate Manager/Venture Architect, and led significant projects in technology scouting and digital consultancy. Prior experience includes positions as Marketing & Operations Lead at Tandu, Communication Manager for the Erasmus Student Network, Production Engineering Intern at ABB, and Graphic Designer and Design Engineer in earlier roles. Kacper holds a double master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Technische Universität Berlin and a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
