Sandhya Gupta

Sandhya Gupta is an accomplished Release Train Engineer at MasterControl, with extensive experience in Agile methodologies acquired over a career spanning more than two decades. Prior to the current role, Sandhya served as a Senior Manager and Digital Release Train Engineer at Aetna, where oversight of Agile Release Train planning and execution contributed significantly to multimillion-dollar business initiatives. Sandhya has a strong background in coaching teams on SAFe and Agile concepts and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
