Chris Kim

Chris Kim currently serves as Group General Counsel at Masterton Homes, overseeing legal affairs and advising management to align legal strategies with business objectives. Prior experience includes General Counsel roles at POSCO Australia and Hume Coal, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, litigation, compliance, and risk management. Earlier in the career, Chris held positions at Hemsley Lawyers and Ashurst, providing generalist legal advice and transaction support, as well as in tax consultancy at Ernst & Young. Chris Kim holds multiple degrees, including a Global Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Laws, along with recent completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
