Pamela S. Seymon

Pamela Seymon was a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, a New York law firm (‘‘WLRK’’), from January 1989 to January 2011, and prior to that time, was an associate at WLRK from 1982. During her tenure at WLRK, Ms. Seymon specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and represented public and private corporations on offense as well as defense, in both friendly and unsolicited transactions. Ms. Seymon is a graduate of Wellesley College, where she was a Wellesley Scholar, and New York University School of Law.
