Matrixx Solutions is a business consultancy, headquartered in Edinburgh, specialising in helping companies navigate major changes and transform operational and business practices.

The company was established in 2017 by Roger Wilcox, our Managing Director, and Ali Wilcox, our Chief Strategic Officer. Their desire was to build a company that brings innovative solutions, and helps companies get to the next level of productivity and achieve their business goals.

We have completed work assignments in the UK and abroad, including locations as diverse as Iraq, Angola, Senegal, Mauritania, Azerbaijan and USA.

Our clients are typically large companies, many of them global businesses.
