Paula Strano

Paula Strano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business continuity and customer service management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Continuity at Matson, Inc. since January 2022, Paula brings over two decades of leadership experience from Matson Navigation, where roles included Director of Customer Service for Alaska and Government, Director of Customer Support Systems and Training, Director of IT Governance, and Director of Enterprise Applications. Earlier in Paula's career, a consulting role was held at CSC Consulting from 1989 to 1993. Paula holds a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from the Chubb Institute for Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
