Quan Nguyen

Quan Nguyen is an experienced quality engineer currently working at Mattel, Inc. as a Quality Engineer II since November 2023, focusing on product specification and inspection throughout the new product development process. Previously, Quan served as a Supplier Quality Engineer at TRIGO, managing supplier evaluations and quality control for OEM customers. Quan also held the position of Team Leader at Shin-Etsu, overseeing cross-functional teams in new project development and quality inspection, and performed internal audits. Earlier experience includes a Team Leader role at TAKAHATA, where responsibilities included managing new project development and setting up assembly lines. Quan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering Technology from Le Quy Don Technical University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
