Kourtney Delperdang

Kourtney Delperdang is a Marketing Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ since June 2024, previously serving as a Pursuits Coordinator at Small Giants from September 2023 to June 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating proposal content for significant commercial real estate projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Intern at Small Giants, focusing on social media management, public relations, technical writing, and proposal coordination. Kourtney also worked at Grand Launch Media from August 2021 to September 2023 as both Lead Writer and Copywriter, where activities involved team leadership, blog content coordination, and editing under tight deadlines. Additional writing experience includes freelance positions as a Contract Writer for the Association For Entrepreneurship-USA and a Ghost Writer for AZ Big Media. Kourtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Grand Canyon University, completing the degree in December 2022.
