Jared Mogan

Jared Mogan, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Services at MAU Workforce Solutions, leading recruitment initiatives across the United States while focusing on talent acquisition and workforce strategies. With a career at MAU starting in February 2011, Jared has held several key positions, including Director of Recruiting and Staffing, Regional Operations Manager, and Corporate Training Manager, where responsibilities included developing training programs and streamlining processes. Jared's experience also encompasses managing human resource functions for temporary staffing at General Electric's Greenville plant and providing staffing services to various manufacturers in South Carolina. Prior to MAU, Jared worked as an Insurance Producer and Marketing Agent at State Farm Insurance. Jared holds an MBA from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
