Justin Pearson

Justin Pearson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and talent advisory services. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Maven Search since March 2021, Justin has also founded and manages Hyvve, a boutique management consultancy focused on the recruitment sector. Additionally, Justin holds various non-executive chair positions across multiple firms, including Pullmann Global, Stratum International, Timberseed, The Halkin Partnership, and MCG Talent. Justin's career includes founding HC Group, an established retained search firm, and leading Oxbridgejobs.com and Active Training. Justin holds a BA Hons degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Stirling.
