Matthew Healy is a seasoned consultant currently employed at Maven Search since May 2023. Previously, Matthew served as Director of Quantitative Research & Trading at Selby Jennings from May 2020 to January 2023, where notable accomplishments included being the #2 biller globally for Selby Jennings & Phaidon International in 2022 and the #1 biller in 2021. Matthew progressed through various roles at Selby Jennings, including Vice President and Quantitative Analytics Recruitment Consultant, achieving notable placements in the quantitative trading field. Prior to this, Matthew gained experience as a Sales Intern at MyHomeGroup Ltd from November 2019 to May 2020. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an Associate of Arts from Lake Land College, along with further education from the Foundation for International Education.
