Dion Warr

Dion Warr is an experienced Senior Landman currently working at Maverick Natural Resources since May 2022, focusing on the Southern Western Anadarko Basin and managing foundation assets across several regions including the Michigan Basin, Southeast (AL/FL), Arklatex, Permian, and Rockies (WY). With a long-standing career in land management, Dion has also been a Petroleum Landman at Warhorse Land Services since 2002, leading in-house A&D, M&A activities, and asset integration, while overseeing land, lease, and right-of-way acquisition projects. Previous roles include serving as ROW Supervisor at Commtech Services from August 1999 to 2001 and working as a self-employed Petroleum Landman between April 1996 and August 1999. Dion Warr holds a Bachelor's Degree from Tulane University, earned from 1990 to 1994, and attended Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge.
