Susan Fischer

Susan Fischer, PHR, has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as Senior Employee Relations Manager at Maxell Corporation of America since 2012. In this role, Susan partners with US Operations to manage employee relations, recruitment and selection, compliance, training and development, performance management, and employee benefits. Prior to this position, Susan held various roles at Maxell Corporation from 1998 to 2011, including Employee Relations Manager and Assistant Human Resource Manager. Earlier in the career, Susan gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Aon Consulting from 1990 to 1998. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University.
