Andrea Pitonzo

Andrea Pitonzo serves as the Head of Global Training at Maxeon Solar Technologies, where responsibilities include managing sales and technical training, developing training content, and utilizing the Docebo LMS for content localization and sales enablement. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Senior Sales & Technical Trainer EMEA at SunPower Corporation, managing training programs and achieving high satisfaction and NPS scores. Andrea's extensive experience also includes roles at Enphase Energy, Daimler AG, Automobiles Peugeot, Ecorete, and Vaillant, spanning technical training and engineering in various industries. Andrea holds an engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
