Beza Admassu

Beza Admassu is an experienced operations and business development professional with a background in healthcare recruitment, currently serving as Operations Manager at Maxim Healthcare Group since June 2018, after holding roles as Business Development Manager and Healthcare Recruiter. Prior experience includes training baristas at Starbucks and mentoring students in career development at the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business, where Beza also interned at the Career Management Center. Additionally, expertise in advising new students was gained through a role as Student Advisor in New Student and Family Programs, along with skills in social media management developed at Associated Students of the University of the Pacific. Beza holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management and Business Law from the University of the Pacific.
