Manash Pradhan

Manash Pradhan brings extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since April 2014, where Manash leads the development of HR policies and processes. Prior to this role, Manash was the Zonal HR-North at Voltas Limited from December 2009 to March 2014, focusing on the people agenda for the Domestic Project business in the North Zone. Additional experience includes a managerial position in Corporate HR at Bata India Limited, recruitment management at Panacea Biotec, and an assistant managerial role at Samtel Group. Manash holds an MBA in HR from N.I.I.L.M CMS, New Delhi, and a BSc. Hons in Computer Science from Sambalpur University, Orissa.
